Once you've selected your fabric, prepare your design file using these professional standards:

Supported Formats: TIFF, JPG, PSD, PDF, AI (150dpi minimum resolution)

How does our custom manufacturing process work?
Below is a step-by-step guide to creating custom products for you.
03 Pre-Production Sample (PP Sample)
We will make the pre-production sample for final verification of design, colors, materials, and workmanship before mass production.
How It Works:
✓ We produce 1-3 PP samples based on approved proto sample/tech pack
✓ Sample Lead Time: 7-14 days
✓ Sample cost and shipping are charged upfront, sample fee is refundable with bulk orders.
✓ Ship to you via express (3-5 business days）
04 Packaging Options
We offer customizable packaging solutions tailored to your brand and product needs. Below are our available options:
1. Standard Packaging (Included in Base Cost)

05 Bulk Production
After confirming the PP sample, we will start the bulk production process.
How It Works:
✓ Payment Term: 30% Deposit + 70% Balance Before Shipment
✓ Production Lead Time: 20-35 days (standard)
✓ Automatic extension during Chinese New Year / National holidays
✓ Third-party inspections supported (SGS, BV, etc.)
